Deli meat Fast food due to it have tons of processed food. Frozen processed food such as pizza, tv dinners Baked goods such as sweets like cookies and donuts. Canned tomato products.Red meats, if you do eat meat try a leaner option. Coffee or any caffeinated drinks Alcohol Smoking(not a food but if you do smoke, you should quit) Bacon, once again try a lean option. The rule of thumb would be anything that is processed and has high sodium you want to eliminate it from your diet.
Foods that lower your blood pressure:
Vegetables and fruits such as : Avocados blueberries green beans celery papaya oatmeal tomatoes kiwis spinach Anything green and leafy is heart healthy foods and there are so many different types of fruit out there I would find some that accommodate to your taste.I would always refer over to the Dash Diet or an exchanges list these are easy references. I would recommend to always keep almonds in your pantry not only are they heart healthy but a very easy to pick up and eat.
